Jennifer Lopez Is Taking This Unique Nail Color Into the New Year

Jennifer Lopez is welcoming the new year with a signature manicure designed to melt even the iciest winter chill. Nail artist Tom Bachik took to Instagram to share Lopez’s latest nail shade, a pale lemon polish that echoed a similar color donned early last month, the double-take signaling the onset of a softly sunny trend. 

In said social share, Lopez punctuated a flowy floral dress with a set of subdued almond nails painted the color of lemon sorbet. The fair hue—an echo, or perhaps the same polish, donned for December’s Apple Music sit down—was thin enough to skew neutral but unexpected enough to further an existing statement. A high-slung (and highly glamorous) pony, ample lashes, bronze-dusted lids, and a cherry red pout rounded out the look, the buttery blonde nails serving as the visual centerpiece—one we imagine we’ll be seeing even more of in the coming months.
